The buyer agrees to purchase the puppy nicknamed “____________________” from the litter out of Lockdown
Bullz____________________( Dam) and
Lockdown Bullz____________________ (SIRE)

For the purchase price of ____________ and /or______________________________.
All puppies require a minimum of $500.00 for a deposit. Deposits must be paid by cash or Western Union.,or Walmart Money Order ONLY DEPOSIT MUST BE RECIEVED IN 5 DAYS IF MAILING IT
Choice of puppy is determined on a first come ( deposit RECEIVED first) to choose first basis.
This puppy is sold ( )WITH BREEDING RIGHTS ( ) WITHOUT BREEDING RIGHTS .
IF SOLD WITHOUT BREEDING RIGHTS:
puppy MUST be spayed/neutered within 12 -16 weeks of aquiring pup, or by 6 months of age, at buyers expense. By Date_____________ at latest When proof of spay/neuter is
provided (copy of Veterinarian certificate/statement verifying that said puppy was spayed/neutered) by the buyer, the seller will then provide registration papers. PUP MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED BY THE DATE ABOVE OR BUYER IMMEADIETLY FORFEITS SAID PUP. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any changes to the date Must be made in writing by seller, nothing verbal.
IF PRICE OF ANY PUP IS DROPPED FROM ORGINAL PRICE THERE IS NO WARRANTY (THE PUP IS SOLD AS IS) .
There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to breed or show the dog regardless of show or breeding potintials.This guarantee is not transferable from the original purchaser
If buyer(s) have a spay/neuter agreement with seller, the pup cannot be sold or transferred or given away by buyer until the pup is spayed/neutered. If Buyer does sell, transfer, or give away pup before it is spayed or neutered, Buyer agrees to pay $400.00 penalty, because of buying the pup as "pet quality" and MUST return registration papers
If puppy dies for any reason before it is spayed/neutered proof from a Veterinarian is REQUIRED, or buyer will pay $400.00 penalty..
Failure to comply will result in court action against buyer(s) and new owner(s) and immeadiate forfeiture of pup.___________ Buyer(s) initals
Failure to comply WILL result in immeadiate returning of puppy to seller, and the buyer will pay all costs incurred by the seller to recover said pup ( Court costs, transportation, ETC.)
This is a binding legal contract
Any and all legal action necessary to enforce this contract will take place in Dona Ana county, New Mexico
Buyer also swears that he/she is NOT acting as an agent, for any private party, or pet shop or broker and the pup will remain solely in his/her custody. Initials of Buyer(s)____________________________.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, Once you pick out a pup, if you decide for ANY reason you don't want/ can't get a pup from that litter, you forfeit your deposit. If you send an "open deposit", ( a deposit that has been sent, but no pup has been picked out yet) and you cant or don't want to get one, your deposit can go to a different litter. Seller always has first picks of any litters. No monies will be refunded.
All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. This includes, vet health certificates, flight crate, and any other actual shipping costs. We will be more than happy to help you arrange shipping for your puppy. ALL shipping costs MUST be PAID in FULL AT LEAST 10 days prior to shipping date
Final Payment (which includes any/all shipping costs), MUST be made in cash, or Western Union or Walmart Money Order ONLY
Pup must be paid for in full by six weeks of age.
NO pup will be released unless paid in full.
Puppies will normally be released to their new homes at eight weeks of age
NO puppy will be released before seven weeks of age. If pups are being shipped, they cannot leave before eight weeks of age. If shipping/pick-up arrangements have not been made by the time the pup is eight weeks old, or if the buyer is picking-up the pup, and has not done so, by eight weeks of age, the buyer agrees to pay $35.00 per week boarding charge, plus any other expenses incurred until the pup is shipped/ picked-up. { Only if written extension has been provided by seller.}
If the puppy has not been shipped or picked up by the end of the eighth week,or WRITTEN agreement by seller has been provided to the buyer, the buyer
will forfeit puppy and any/all deposits and payments made to date, unless there is a written agreement from seller. The seller shall retain owenership of the pup and all monies paid.The seller may then do what they wish with the pup.
There will be NO verbal agreements between buyer and seller. Everything will be agreed upon in writing. If it is not written in/ into this contract and initialed by seller, it does not exsist.
Guarantees
Seller guarantees puppy to be in good physical condition.
Seller guarantees that all vaccinations and wormings are current, (at least 2 shots and 4 wormings),and buyer will be given a copy of shot/worming record at time of pick-up. It is the BUYER’S responsibility to have this puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours of taking possession of this puppy. If the sale transaction takes place on Friday and Monday is a holiday, the Buyer will be given an extra 24 hours to have the puppy examined by a licensed Vet.If puppy is NOT taken to the Vet in this time frame ALL GUARNTEES ARE VOID. Puppy buyer must also have proof that buyer kept up with vaccinations and check ups
If this puppy is found to have a life threatening condition, at Vet exam, other than a bacterial infection, such as coccida or giardia or worms, which are easily treatable, and common among all puppies, a replacement puppy of equal value or better value, will be given when available from the same or subsequent litter(s). ( Suject to availabilty) Replacement Pup will be chosen by breeder
Seller must be contacted immediately ( within 24 hours) and puppy is to be promptly returned to seller, at no expense to the seller, buyer pays all costs. Return.,with a signed document, signed by the Veterinarian stating the health problem. Any health/registration papers must also be returned at that time. Failure to have puppy examined by a vet within 48 hours after delivery voids this guarantee. NO monies will be refunded, replacement only. Seller reserves the right to a second Veterinary opinion. We do not pay for ANY vet bills.
Seller is not responsible for defects or conditions caused by buyer’s abuse, neglect, improper nutrition, mishandling or any injuries to puppy caused by said conditions.
Seller will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or `Corona virus, or kennel cough, as these are highly contagious diseases and be contracted immediately leaving the seller. we do not cover any skin problems or eye problems or any bone or joints...Often times in dogs no problems show up for years in a breeding program and then it hits We try to breed the healthiest dog we can but problems can occur from a number of things that we have no control over.
Seller guarantees against any life threatening congenital defect for 1 year,if pup needs to be put down. If found, seller will replace puppy of equal value or better value, after receiving statement in writing from Vet, will be given when available from the same or subsequent litter(s). ( Subject to availability) Breeder will choose replacement pup
The buyer also agrees to:
No keeping the animal on a chain.
No cropping of ears or tail., Piercings of ANY kind
Care for the animal in a humane and conscientious way, food, water, shelter, living conditions, ETC
Give proper Veterinary care, and keep up with vacations, wormings, check-ups and heartworm medication as needed
Make sure puppy gets proper exercise, companionship and training.
Notify seller of any titles, awards, ETC to keep in our records.
Allow seller use of any information or pictures obtained of or about this animal for anything, including advertisements or publications.
To use the kennel name LOCKDOWN BULLZ as the prefix in the registered name of the dog with any registry that the dog will be registered with, and will not represent this pup/dog as a product of his/her breeding.
In the event the dog is sold later or otherwise transferred from the possession of the buyer for any reason the Seller will have absolute first right of refusal to accept return or repurchase of this dog, not to exceed original purchase price.
Violations of the terms of this contract renders all guarantees stipulated in this contract to be null and void. If buyer violates this agreement, he/she will be responsible for any/all legal, transportation costs the seller acquires enforcing this contract._____________________________________________ ( buyers Initials)
